On our latest adventure at Walt Disney World, we stumbled upon an unexpected treasure: Centertown Market, a Caribbean Beach Resort Restaurant. Initially, we were just looking for a quick bite, expecting a standard lunch experience. But what we found surprised us and turned our casual meal into a highlight of our trip!
Situated in the heart of the resort, Centertown Market is not only convenient, but once we sat down to eat it was clear this wasn’t your average quick-service spot. The quality of the food was impressive—we couldn’t believe how the dishes matched the quality of the sit-down meal we enjoyed at Sebastian’s Bistro the night before.
What truly set Centertown Market apart was, in fact, the menu, packed with healthy and unique options. Whether you’re craving hearty proteins or fresh veggies, this place has you covered, perfect for fueling up before a day packed with Disney magic.
Join us as we dive into what makes Centertown Market a must-visit, whether you’re staying at the resort or just passing through. Spoiler alert: You might just find it becoming your new favorite dining spot at Disney!
Caribbean Beach Resort Food Court Location and Hours
Centertown Market is nestled in the Old Port Royale lobby area. This quick-service option serves up breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with grab ‘n go selections, and specialty coffee, all within a charming setting reminiscent of a bustling island street market adorned with colorful glass lamps.
With plenty of indoor and covered outdoor seating, Centertown Market the perfect spot to grab a bite any time of day. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, it’s convenient for early risers who are rope-dropping or late-night snackers needing something after a long day in the parks. With mobile ordering, skip the line and enjoy your meal even faster.
Centertown Market’s Cuisine and Atmosphere
This Caribbean Beach Resort restaurant serves classic and flavorful Latin and Caribbean-inspired dishes—perfect for the whole family. There are plenty of simple options available, too, including pizza, chicken strips, turkey sandwiches, and mac and cheese.

Our Centertown Market Review: The Best Food at Caribbean Beach Resort
Here’s what we ordered for lunch:
- A Slice of Cheese Pizza: This was a convenient option for our daughter. Although it’s standard pizza fare, it was perfect for satisfying her appetite. You can opt for a slice with a side (chips or fruit) or grab a quick slice from the grab ‘n go section.
- Swashbuckler Burger: Let’s talk about the Swashbuckler Burger. It’s not your usual burger, that’s for sure! Topped with Toasted Coconut-Curry Aïoli, Lime-Jalapeño Jam, Fried Tostones, and Arugula on a Toasted Brioche Bun, it’s a unique flavor combination! I enjoyed the first few bites, but as I kept eating, the bottom bun got soggy, which was a bit of a downside. Overall, it’s a fun and adventurous burger experience, but be prepared for a soggy ending!
- Joffrey’s Coffee Cold Brew Shakin’ Jamaican: I also ordered a Shakin’ Jamaican Cold Brew on the way out. To be honest, I wasn’t very impressed with this signature drink. I had to add the creamer with little packets from the beverage station. I ended up tossing it before getting on the bus to the parks. I preferred the Carmel latte at the Skyliner Joffery’s Coffee Station if you’re looking for a better option on your way to Hollywood Studios or EPCOT!
- Roasted Half Chicken: Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the Roasted Half Chicken. This dish was one of our favorites from our entire trip! The chicken is juicy, seasoned with jerk spices, and served with flavorful cilantro rice and seasonal vegetables. It’s a flavor-packed experience that genuinely elevates the quick-service game at Centertown Market. I have to say, this dish blew me away and earned my vote for best food at Caribbean Beach Resort. It’s not your typical quick-service fare – it’s on par with what you’d expect from a sit-down meal. In fact, it’s just as good as the Oven-roasted Citrus Chicken I had the night before at Sebastian’s Bistro. Talk about a pleasant surprise! It’s a healthy and delicious option that proves you don’t need to sacrifice taste for convenience. If you’re short on time or just craving some fantastic food, do yourself a favor and order the Roasted Half-Chicken at Centertown Market. You won’t regret it!
A Fun Treat Option: The Minnie Mouse Kitchen Sink Sundae
The Minnie Kitchen Sink Sundae was recently added to the lineup, but is not new to Disney. It’s a fun dessert option with either vanilla or chocolate ice cream, topped with hot fudge, marshmallow, strawberry boba pearls, whipped cream, a cherry, and a strawberry whoopie pie. Plus, it’s all served in a cute Minnie Mouse-themed kitchen sink. Priced at $24.99, it’s the perfect sweet treat for sharing with friends or family. The adorable presentation can add some extra fun to your dining experience at Centertown Market!
Grab N Go
Centertown Market at Caribbean Beach Resort also offers a convenient grab-n-go option for those in a hurry. I stopped in several times during our stay to grab a slice of pizza or a Mickey Bar.
Other Grab N Go Quick Options include:
- A giant slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza
- Breakfast pastries (croissant, chocolate chip or blueberry muffin, cinnamon roll and more)
- Desserts: Key Lime Tart, Tropical Paradise Cheesecake, Seasonal Thumper Carrot Cake Cupcake, gluten-free and allergy friendly options
- Turkey Sandwich or Ham and Cheese Sandwich
- Romaine Salad with Chicken or Mediterranean Curry Chickpea Salad
- Several prepacked items for kids, such as kids vanilla yogurt dipper, turkey and cheddar meal with cucumbers, sunflower seed butter pack, applesauce and more
Insider Tips for Centertown Market Caribbean Beach Resort Restaurant:
- Mobile Ordering: Beat the wait times using the MyDisneyExperience app for mobile ordering. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our food. We arrived around 11:00am and didn’t leave until noon. I was hoping for a quicker turnaround time since we were headed to Typhoon Lagoon.
- Timing is Key: To minimize wait times, consider placing your mobile order approximately 20 minutes before you’re ready to pick it up. Once you’re all set to go, simply check in for your meal via the app and indicate, “I’m here, prepare my order,” for prompt service.
- Pizza by the Pool: We saw tons of families with pizza boxes by the pool. It’s a great option for lunch or as a late-night swimming snack. (We all know your kids will beg to go swimming!)
